ü   Hair fall is very common in today’s life style, it may be because of weather condition, sleep schedule, diet or stress and it increases continuously. ü   So first we need to find out the reason behind hair fall. ü   Sometimes taking birth control pills, hypertension tablets may also causes hair fall. ü   Take proper sleep and water intake to reduce hair fall. ü   So today we discuss which super food we need to include in our diet. 1.       Sesame Seeds : It is available in black and white color. Both are calcium rich and also in good proteins, it also have vitamins which is good for our hairs. 2.       Jaggery : you can use jiggery after you lunch or dinner, it helps in digestion and also contains iron which is a source of RBCs, if the supply of RBCs is good these helps in hair growth. 3.       Dry Coconut : use dry coconut in your diet. 1. Sprouts Raita     2.
Vegetable Raita
         
These are very tasty and healthy raita recipes.
         
Always add sprouts in your weight loss diet because it contains
proteins, carbohydrates and fiber.
         
If you eat sprouts in diet then you feel fuller for long time
because of its fiber content.
         
Those who have gastric problems they don’t eat sprout raita at
night.
         
Different vegetables have different types of vitamins and minerals
in it which we have included in our raita.
         
You can have both of these raitas in your breakfast or lunch with
roti/chapatti if you like it.
         
So let me tell you the recipe without wasting time.

1.      Sprouts
Raita:

         
Ingredients:

ü  Boiled
sprouts
ü  Onions
ü  Tomato
ü  Mint chutney
ü  Salt
ü  Curd

         
Method:

ü  First of all
let me tell you one thing that here I am not specifying the quantity because
you can add ingredients as per your choice or taste.
ü  In a bowl
add sprouts whatever is available at your home you can add more than one
sprouts.
ü  Also add
chopped onions, tomatoes, mint chutney, ground fresh black pepper powder or
chat masala, salt and curd.
ü  Mix all the
ingredients well until it gets combined with each other.
ü  Your weight
loss super tasty raita is ready to serve.

2.      Mixed
Vegetable Raita:

         
Ingredients:

ü  Cucumber
ü  Carrot
ü  Raddish
ü  Beet root
ü  Curd

         
Method:

ü  First of all

add chopped/grated cucumber, carrot, raddish, beet root, black pepper powder,
