ü   Hair fall is very common in today’s life style, it may be because of weather condition, sleep schedule, diet or stress and it increases continuously. ü   So first we need to find out the reason behind hair fall. ü   Sometimes taking birth control pills, hypertension tablets may also causes hair fall. ü   Take proper sleep and water intake to reduce hair fall. ü   So today we discuss which super food we need to include in our diet. 1.       Sesame Seeds : It is available in black and white color. Both are calcium rich and also in good proteins, it also have vitamins which is good for our hairs. 2.       Jaggery : you can use jiggery after you lunch or dinner, it helps in digestion and also contains iron which is a source of RBCs, if the supply of RBCs is good these helps in hair growth. 3.       Dry Coconut : use dry coconut in your diet. You can make laddoo out of it with jiggery. Coconut oil we generally use for our hair massage always. 4.       Amaranth :

Ø  REMEDIES FOR
HAIR FALL:

ü  Ingredients:

ü  Mustard Oil:
500 ml
ü  Coconut Oil:
200 ml
ü  Curry Leaves
powder: 1 tbsp
ü  Methi
Powder: 1 tbsp

ü  Method:

ü  Mix
everything in a clean glass bottle and store it for a week so that it mixes
properly with each other.

ü  Application:

ü  Take require
amount of oil and warm it a little bit, once it becomes lukewarm, gently
massage on scalp and through the length of your hairs.
ü  Keep it as
it is for about 1-2 hours before taking bath or apply overnight for best
results and cover it with any cloth.
ü  Wash your
hair with a mild shampoo in morning you can use it twice a week.

Ø  REMEDIES FOR
GREY HAIRS:

ü  Ingredients:

ü  Coconut oil:
300 ml
ü  Roasted
curry leaves: 40-50
ü  Kalonji dry
roasted: ½ small cup

         
Method:

ü  Make a
powder of both curry leaves and kalonji seeds in a grinder.
ü  Add some
amount of coconut oil as mentioned.
ü  Now leave it
for 1 week in a shade but not in exposure to sun.
ü  Apply twice
in a week and keep it for at least 3-4 hours in scalp or overnight.

Ø  FOR HEALTHY
HAIRS:

         
Ingredients:

ü  Amla: 2 tbsp
(soaked in water to form paste)
ü  Shikakai: 2
tbsp ( soaked in water)
ü  Methi
Powder: 1 tsp
ü  Lemon juice:
1 tsp
ü  Curd: 1 tsp

         
Method:

ü  Mix above
all the ingredients so that it comes in a form of paste.
ü 
Apply it to scalp 2 hours before washing your hairs.
